Repairs and Re-soleing.

Zamberlan® products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials, subject to fair wear and tear.

If you are unfortunate enough to have an issue that you feel may be caused by manufacturing or material failure we recommend that in order to fully preserve your consumer rights you return the product to the retailer where it was purchased. If this Is not practical or if you prefer please send the product to us at CDA – The Mountain Works for inspection. We will make all warranty determinations and reserve the right to either replace or repair valid warranty returns.

  • Await email containing RMA documentation (please allow 1 working day for this to arrive.)
  • Ship your items to the address on the RMA form.  Please ensure you print off your RMA email and include the documentation in your return.

    In order for you to track your return, we recommend a secure courier service such as DPD.
Please note we are not able to confirm receipt of goods sent to us by basic postal service.  

Keep your shipping receipt. The return of the items is at your own cost and risk.

Please understand it can take up to 15 Business days for processing and shipping.  In the event that an item you returned is no longer in production or is out of stock, we will replace with a comparable style or colour.  We will send your replacements to the address provided, and the return postage is on us.
